Fourth Street Multi-Family Residential Development

Spoke in favor of the Fourth Street project and suggested pedestrian safety enhancements such as curb extensions and raised crosswalks.

Expressed concern that certain elements of the project still do not comply with zoning law and the comprehensive plan.

Spoke on behalf of the Historic Review Commission, thanking the board and developers for working through design details.
